    • Testified in Sacramento for AB2309 in 2024 to prosecute our state misdemeanors

    • Voted for Fire Station #2 in East Manhattan Beach
  • Led E-Bike Safety Education City-Wide
    • Emphasizing "Rules of the Road" and Enforcement

  • Voted to hire a Homeless Navigator dedicated to Manhattan Beach for effective intervention and case management
  • Support Public/Private cooperation with MBSAFE to extend homeless intervention
  • Promoted "Homeless Outreach" capability on City's "Reach Manhattan Beach" App so residents can easily report Homelessness
  • Fought to get access to Homeless Court in Redondo Beach for diversion and remediation to lead to sustainable housing
  • Supported special Homeless Certification for MBPD Officers
  • Voted to add Five (5) outsourced shelter beds for temporary housing to quickly move those experiencing homelessness from the street
  • Supported early morning beach patrols to address homelessness


Fight Sacramento Zoning Overreach

  • Voted No on High-Rose Project 
    • Blocked developer's plans to operate property as a Short Term Rental Hotel
  • Educate home owners on potential issues with Sacramento imposed zoning to make informed decisions

 

Environmental Stewardship

  • Supported and participated in The Bay Foundation Dune Restoration Project to increase the resiliency of the shoreline
  • Supported the City of Manhattan Beach Storm Drain Measure to ensure the best possible clean storm water is diverted to the ocean
